CHAMPAGNE JAM is a band from Bakersfield California that originally was founded by Dan Topping (guitar, director of music) and Mark Bazzini (Bass Guitar) in mid 1990's.

Co-founders Kieth Galloway (lead singer), Jerry Tyler (drums) loved the idea of a high energy yacht rock band. This band was the opening act for concerts in central California

Starting with opening for Blue Oyster Cult at Rockin' Rodeo in Bakersfield. After they blew people's minds with this big show, the band was asked to do more opening shows as well as solo shows.

After a while, band members' lives and other family dynamics changed putting the band on a long intermission, the band discussed the prospect of getting back together with some additional players.

A new keyboardist (Chris Neufeld), a female singer to accompany and share lead singing role (Tracy Peoples), a new bass player (Rod Armstrong) and saxophone player (Joseph Stratemeier).
